La Posh Medical Co., Ltd., operator of La Posh Dental Clinic (“the clinic” or “we”), values the protection of your personal data. This policy explains how we collect, use and disclose personal data when you use laposhclinic.com, contact us online or receive care at the clinic, under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

2. Data We Collect
- Information you provide: such as name, phone number, email, services of interest, preferred branch and messages sent through the contact form, LINE, website chat, Facebook or phone.
- Oral health data (sensitive data): such as symptoms, treatment history, dental photos, X-rays, 3D scan files, treatment plans and drug allergy history, collected when you are examined or treated, or when you choose to send it for advice.
- Appointment and payment data: such as appointment times, services received, costs and proof of payment.
- Website usage data: such as IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and cookie data (see section 7).
3. Purposes and Legal Bases
- Answering questions, booking and contacting you at your request (pre-contractual steps).
- Dental examination, diagnosis and treatment, including preparing and keeping medical records (contract, legal obligation, and explicit consent for health data or other legal grounds permitted for medical care).
- Issuing receipts and complying with the law, such as tax and medical facility laws (legal obligation).
- Maintaining and improving the website, and preventing spam and misuse (legitimate interests).
- Sending news and promotions, only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
- Using before-and-after photos or reviews in clinic media, only with your written consent. We will not reveal your identity if you do not wish it.
4. Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data only as necessary to:
- Dental laboratories and appliance manufacturers used in your treatment, such as labs making crowns, veneers and dentures, and clear aligner manufacturers.
- Service providers that help us operate, such as website and server, chat, email and anti-spam providers, who use data only as we instruct.
- Government agencies or persons required by law, or under a court order.
5. International Transfers
For Invisalign treatment, data needed for treatment planning, such as scan files and photos, is sent to the manufacturer’s laboratory abroad (United States). Some system providers may store data on servers abroad. We send only what is necessary and follow the standards required by law.
6. Retention
- Medical records and treatment data: kept for the period required by law and professional standards.
- Form or chat data that did not lead to treatment: kept for no more than 2 years from the last contact.
- Accounting and tax data: kept for the period required by law.
After these periods, we delete data or make it unidentifiable.
7. Cookies
The website uses cookies needed for it to work and may use cookies from external services embedded in pages, such as YouTube videos, Google Maps and the chat button, as well as analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to improve the website. You can set your browser to refuse or delete cookies, but some parts of the website may not work fully.
8. Your Rights
You have legal rights to access and obtain a copy of your data, correct it, have it deleted or destroyed, restrict its use, object to its collection or use, receive or transfer it, and withdraw consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect prior use). Some rights may be limited by law, such as medical records that must legally be kept.
If you believe we are not complying with the law, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee Office.
9. Security
We use appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized access, use, change or disclosure of data, and limit access to health data to the dentists and staff involved in your care.
