Frequently Asked Questions
How many branches are there, and where?
2 branches: Bangna at Cascade Bangna (near Mega Bangna) and Ram Inthra–Ratchada at The Junction (near Fashion Island).
What are the opening hours?
Open daily from 10:30 to 19:30 at both branches.
Can I use Thai Social Security dental benefits?
Yes. The dental benefit (THB 900 per year) can be used at both branches without paying upfront. It covers extractions, wisdom tooth surgery, scaling and fillings. Dentures are a separate benefit, so please ask the clinic. Braces, veneers, whitening and implants are not covered.
How do I book or get advice?
Call Bangna on 065-697-9562 or Ram Inthra–Ratchada on 082-838-7434, or leave your details on the contact page and our team will call back during opening hours.
What services do you offer?
Braces, Invisalign, veneers, crowns, teeth whitening, dental implants and children’s dentistry.
Who is the orthodontist?
Dr. Lalita Rutchakitprakarn (license ท.9453) leads orthodontic care, with other dentists who provide orthodontic care. See our dentists.
How much do services cost?
See the full price list. The actual cost depends on your teeth, and the dentist confirms it after an examination.
Can I pay in installments?
Many services can be paid in installments, such as monthly payments for metal braces. Please check current terms with either branch.
Which braces are best?
No type is best for everyone. It depends on your teeth, lifestyle and budget. A dentist will examine and X-ray your teeth before advising.
Invisalign or clear aligners?
Both are removable. Invisalign handles more complex cases and costs more, while other clear aligners suit minor crowding or small gaps.
How long does pain last after adjusting braces?
Tightness or soreness usually improves within a few days. If pain is severe, limited to one tooth, or there is swelling, please see a dentist.
Can I have scaling during braces?
Yes. The dentist can clean around the brackets and gum line without removing your braces.
Do I need a retainer after braces?
Yes. It holds your teeth in position. Without it, teeth may move back.
Do veneers require reshaping?
Ceramic veneers need a thin layer removed from the tooth surface. Composite veneers may or may not, depending on your teeth.
What whitening options are there?
Options include Cool Light, Laser Whitening and Laser Zoom, which differ in technique and whitening level.
Do implants need a bone graft?
Not always. It depends on your remaining bone, which the dentist assesses by X-ray, and it affects the cost.
